Shorter is one of our most comfortable sofas we ever made, seat and backrest are made of high resilient polyurethane foam with a added top layer of feathers, the sofa converts into and every day bed by simply rotating the back, without removing any of the seat or back cushions.
Mechanism
Sofa bed opening system
Converts the sofa into an every day bed without effort, lift the back of the seat cushions and roll out the bed, this mechanism allows for a very deep sofa.
The Jaco also have a folding back rest that helps to adjust the depth of the sofa, and is used as a headboard when in the bed position.
THIS SOFA IS DELIVERED DISMANTLED FOR EASY ACCESS.

We have several different categories of both fabrics and leathers, most of our sofas have lose covers, some fabrics can be pre washed on request, this allows you to wash them in your machine, we can also produce any of our models in your own fabric.

Technical details 
Mechanism or structure: High resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh, fixed to the frame with springs. Seating made with polypropylene fabric (sofa bed only).
Opening and closing operations with one single movement (sofa bed only).
Mattress (sofa bed only): Polylattex 35 kg/m3; cover 100% CO, quilted with 100% PL gr. 200/m2.
Frame: Back: solid fir, poplar plywood and poplar multilayer. Back panel: solid fir, poplar plywood, poplar multilayer and particle wood.
Armrests in solid fir and poplar multilayer. Front panel (non-bearing) in poplar multilayer and particle wood.
Padding: Seat: Expanded polyurethane foam 40 + 35 Kg/m3, covered with Tecnoform VRE 280 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted interliner.
Back pillows: 70% feather 30% PL flock; covered with 100% cotton fabric (special for feather). Armrests and frame: expanded polyurethane foam T 40 kg/m3 P + T 40 kg/m3 N, covered with interliner combined with 100 g/m2 PL fiber.
